You may want to give <a href="http://www.successfulhosting.com/" target=_blank rel="nofollow" rel="nofollow">Successful Hosting</a> a peak. I'm not sure what you need but I typically look for SSH, custom MX, and some scripts like Form Mail (amongst PHP, MySQL, and the other basics). They have all of those.
