Web 2.0 Consulting - No Risk Strategy Sessions
I’m officially launching my No Risk Strategy Sessions. I’ve been scheduling more and more informal strategy based phone calls for various Web 2.0 companies over the last several months and I feel it’s time to advertise these efforts.
The Strategy Sessions have a pretty simple focus - to help clients brainstorm and think through their web based product or service. Here’s what a typical Strategy Session looks like:
- A prospective client introduces me to their product/service via my contact form (the more information the better)
- I take a look and send some quick follow-up questions, as well as try to schedule a time to speak
- I prepare for the phone call by creating a write-up, after analyzing the product/service and any additional information made available to me
- We spend approximately an hour on the phone together, hashing through my product/service write-up, answering questions, etc.
- I tend to any Action Items that stemmed from the call and follow-up via e-mail
Notice how there is nothing about money to that point. And that’s why these Strategy Sessions are no risk. I’m so certain that I will provide you helpful technology insight that I won’t bill you unless you feel the same.
The cost for a Strategy Session is $250, making them quite a reasonable investment. Those that pay the invoice receive my product/service write-up. Any Strategy Session clients that get featured on my blog will obviously be accompanied by a disclaimer.
