About Ken Yarmosh
Thanks for stopping by my site today. I’m Ken Yarmosh, the author of this site.
Background
Although I’ve been blogging (and writing) prior to there even being “blogging software,” I started this blog (www.technosight.com) in mid-2005. It served then, as it does now, as a place to share my thoughts on Internet, Web, and more generally, digital technologies. I’ve reinvented it several times since then and the focus has shifted, based on my personal and professional interests. I expect that trend to continue.
Originally from Long Island, I now reside with my wife and our puppy just outside Washington, D.C. I hold a B.A. in Computer Science from Boston College and a M.S.E. in Telecommunications and Networking from the University of Pennsylvania.
Profession
My job as a product strategist is to care about awesomeness and make the offerings of my clients be awesome. Formally, I’ve been building websites, products, and working with startups for the last six years — but I’ve been an entrepreneur my whole life. If you would like to learn about how I can help you, check out my services page.
I currently have a vested interest in online advertising startup Clickable I have no other disclosures at this time.

My writings have appeared on Top 50 Blogs like GigaOM and Read/Write Web, opinion setting sites like Real Clear Politics, TCS Daily, and The American Thinker, as well business resources like Duct Tape Marketing and WebProNews.
